Some practices are intense and very challenging, while others are slow, therapeutic and nourishing. Regardless if this is your first class ever, or if you are a seasoned practitioner or athlete, I Love Yoga And Fitness has so much to offer YOU.

You can access your online yoga & fitness classes from home and anywhere you have internet access!

Each instructional video leads you through a practice that is effective and inspiring. Practices range from 10-90 minutes. You'll even find some lessons for children too, ranging between 5-15 minutes.

New classes are added every week! So, clean out your DVD clutter. No more repeating the same workout or yoga flow over and over again.  By keeping things fresh and new, you will remain interested and excited about showing up to your mat and avoid hitting plateaus.
