I Belong To Me. Inner Thigh Stretches.

InnerThighStretchesA few weeks ago I released a 38 minute yoga video that moves slow and drenches ourselves in a very yummy theme as we open our inner groins and inner thighs.

I made this video as per a request from on of my online yoga and fitness clients. And the wonderful thing is that within the first weekend of it being out I got some really beautiful comments from other online members too. One woman emailed me:

I Belong To Me. Inner Thigh Yoga Stretches

The theme weaves in elements of our female essence, invites us to grant ourselves the permission to open and to reclaim our body as ours. This 38 minute yoga practice is slow and focuses solely on the inner thighs and inner groins. Using 2 blocks and one strap, we drop in deeply with a saturated attention.

We start seated with massage and emotional release invitations before we come standing for a few standing poses such as a manually assisted wide squat and modified parsvakonasana. Additional poses include upavishta konasana, supta baddha konasana and legs up the wall pose with a middle split. Yummmm.
