Samantha Fox Olson was fully certified in Anusara yoga and holds the highest certification offered through Yoga Alliance. Her classes are heart-centered, alignment based, and evoke an enthusiastic love for being in our bodies.


These classes are appropriate for raw beginners and attention to foundational alignment is emphasized and encouraged. These classes move slowly and are full of all the tools that allow a practice to flourish and a body to be held in radiant alignment. In the beginner vault of yoga videos you can expect to find: -basic yoga pose tutorials -gentle yoga practices -beginner yoga class series that build upon one another These classes are great for raw beginners and seasoned practitioners who understand the value of coming back to the basics at times.


These classes are instructed with plenty of verbal and visual cues for a wide-level of practitioners to participate. These classes move faster than the videos in the beginner yoga vault of videos, but still offer beginner variations to the more intermediate or advanced poses. This welcomes the practice up to a variety of levels, and at the same time can greatly inspire a beginner practitioner with seeing what else is possible over time as one cultivates a consistent practice. There are more poses instructed and explored in all-levels than in beginners. Listen for the modifications and stay at a level-appropriate place for yourself.


These classes are put together for the seasoned yogi. Here we explore arm balances, inversions, deeper backbends and hip openers than we have in the beginners and all-levels vaults of videos. These classes are most appropriate for those yogis/yoginis who have yoga experience and wish to deepen their practice with alignment based practices that are fun, life-affirming and challenging.
