I Belong To Me. Inner Thigh Stretches.
This 38 minute yoga practice is slow and focuses solely on the inner thighs and inner groins. Using 2 blocks and one strap, we drop in deeply with a saturated attention.
We start seated with massage and emotional release invitations before we come standing for a few standing poses such as a manually assisted wide squat and modified parsvakonasana. Additional poses include upavista konasana, supta baddha konasana and legs up the wall pose with a middle split.
The theme weaves in elements of our female essence, invites us to grant ourselves the permission to open and to reclaim our body as ours and was inspired by teachings from Amber Hartnell and Ariel White. Yummmm.
