This 56 minute yoga practice has a little bit of everything. Some back bending, twisting, hip openers, balancing and forward folding too. A great potpourri class that will leave you feeling taken care of from inside out. Some poses include: twisting lunge, parsvakonasana, bound parsvakonasana, bird of paradise, bow pose, janu sirsasana, marichyasana, seated baby cradle and boat pose.
You may want a yoga strap for the binding poses. We only use yoga blocks for seated meditation at beginning.
