Beginner Yoga 5 of 7 In A Series: Inspiration!
In this 60 minute beginner yoga class you will be invited to connect with, "What inspires you? What do you love about your life?" Ready to imprint these questions in a way that will light up your world and everyone else around you? Let's go!
This class starts with a restorative heart opener and finishes with baby back bends/setu banda. We also play with standing postures like warrior II, wide angle forward folds, balancing dancer pose, cobra poses and supta baddha konasana.
Also, good attention is paid to alignment of legs for low back health. Grab a block and a blanket.
