Embracing Change Slow & Steady Shoulders, Core & Breathwork
Change Is How We Grow….This 37 minute workout is slow and steady with a focus on the shoulders and core. It’s a body weight only practice that is appropriate for all levels. We start with some basic stretches and breathing then move into powerful breath work with arms, simple down dog and plank sequencing as well as side plank holds. We finish with work for the back body and twisting breath work. The theme invites us to stay open to the ever-changing nature of life and to embrace it fully so we can expand our potential for a greater joy state. A perfect practice to slow down, connect to ourselves, breathe and strengthen. Be blessed.
