Modify When Needed Full Body Fat Blaster

This 60 min workout is made up of 3 minute mini-blaster segments that include 30 seconds of toning exercises with 30 seconds of cardio Exercises include pistol squats, mountain climbers, forearm plank variations, wide squats facing a wall, wide squat jumps, down dog ab sequence, standing choppers (with or without a hand weight), side plank, standing side crunchers, inner thigh toning exercise, jumping jacks with a star jump  We cool down with some massage for calves, basic yoga stretches for wrists, thighs, and inner thighs with a restorative posture at the end to ground this sweaty and fat blasting practice just perfectly Your bootie’s gonna feel this one tomorrow 🙂
