Intervals, Burpees and Yoga Flow Tabata Sprints and Calming Stretches

By |December 3rd, 2019|

This 28 minute fusion weaves yoga flow and burpees Get ready to open the entire body, strengthen your every muscle, and get your heart pumping Burpees can be intense for beginners, so go at your own pace and stay in modification but stay with it! This is more of an intermediate- advanced fitness level workout But beginners are invited, just take it slowly The pulse between yoga flow and burpees keeps this practice charged with power and fat blasting potential, and at the same time gifts you time to slow it down and open it up We change arm positions on burpee sets to tone the entirety of the arms, and we play with a variety of yoga poses (standing poses, twists, heart opening and standing balancing) too We get the lungs and cardio vascular system going with a sprinting interval set too Yummm A great combo of fast and slow, of toning and stretching
