I created this 20 min meditation with the intention of supporting a more expansive state of  Ecstatic Embodiment and holy shit, I ended up sky high afterwards!!!This is what  Ecstatic Embodiment is all about! This is where it is at, and I love sharing it with you! I so wish for you to have it, own it, and be it fully  Now, I know that sometimes those things we desire most in life don’t show up as fast as we’d like them to  (And in this meditation you are gonna feel why and what that is all about )My personality is like this (heehee): I want it all, and I want it NOW, like yesterday But I also KNOW in my every cell, that as long as we never give up on our heart’s deepest desires, they WILL be supported by the universe to come true beyond our wildest dreams I have straight up proof of this!
