Stretch, Tone, Stretch
This 60 minute practice is great for raw beginners to both yoga and fitness
We warm up with 20 minutes of very basic yoga stretching with a focus on attuning to our breath and optimal alignment Then into 20 minutes of toning using dumbbells In this segment we tone the entire body, focusing on the lower body, then the upper body, then the core
We finish with seated and supine stretches, and a short and relaxing breathing meditation
Lower, Upper, Core, Full Body: Tone It UP!
This 33 minute workout uses hand weights and body weight for a full body workout that tones and tightens We do 10 exercises for 3 rounds Exercises include: squats, push-ups (at the wall), choppers, lateral lunges, chest fly, leg extensions for lower abs, good mornings, upper back exercise and wide squat with a bicep curl Yoga stretches cool us down in this high vibe workout appropriate for beginners yet still great for advanced

Twisting, Breathing, Cleansing Yoga
This 37 minute gentle yoga practice is great for a beginner or anyone willing to slow down and assist the body in facilitating cleansing with breath and twisting We start in a seated position and focus on breath, the tempo of the entire practice is slow and you will dive into wringing out your internal organs, inviting new circulation into your spine, nourish your nervous system and quiet your mind

This 31 minute yoga practice is appropriate for all levels The entire practice is very sweet, done without the heart ever going below the head The tempo is slow and we are seated the entire time Yoga asana includes hip openers, twists and forward bends A great way to slow down and respect you
