Beginner Tabata Workout For Entire Body
This 37 minute beginner workout works the entire body! We start with some basic stretches and move into tabata intervals (20 seconds of movement with 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds) Tabata sets include: jogging to get heart rate up, lunges to tone lower body, push-ups for chest and upper body and ab work too!Cool down includes baby back bend, thigh stretch, upper body stretches and a restorative finish to relax it all into a complete practice The message reminds us that each effort is taking us there THIS leads to THAT!

These 20 minutes are infused with energetic play that gently tones the upper body without any weight bearing action on the wrists, tones the core without one sit up, and tones the legs while unleashing your hips!This practice is done standing, with not one traditional or linear movement! We will explore lateral flexion of the spine and rib cage, and allow that to naturally take shape into more of a slithery and fluid play through the entire upper body Then into the lower body, getting your hips swaying, your torso circling and yumminess flowing Get ready to dance with your energetic energy, in a way like no body else on this planet can move it like the way you do! This 32 minute video is completely a floor toning workout targeted for the core and the glutes The inner thighs and the hamstrings get some attention too We start with abs on our back but don’t do traditional crunches and we finish with bootie toning work on all 4s, followed by a quick stretch cool down If you are more advanced, you may choose to challenge yourself with ankle weights
Fat Blasting, Toning & Cardio Circuit
This 20 minute workout includes 50 seconds of exercise with 10 seconds of rest Exercises include sprint shuffles, skaters, lunges, explosive lunges, inner thigh work, burpees, and more We tone the legs and glutes mostly, but upper body and core is involved too There are modification offered in this practice making it accessible to all levels, however a very raw beginner may feel it is too fast The vibe here is self-embracing and light!
